Pendidikan: SMK/D3 Teknik (Instrumentasi, Elektro, Mesin).
Pengalaman: 1–3 tahun sebagai Control Room Operator/Technician di fasilitas onshore (plant/mining/power/O&G).
Kemampuan Teknis:
Mengoperasikan DCS/SCADA/PLC untuk monitoring dan kontrol proses.
Menganalisis alarm, mencatat parameter operasi, dan melakukan eskalasi jika terjadi abnormalitas.
Koordinasi dengan teknisi lapangan untuk troubleshooting.
Memahami SOP operasi, HSE, dan emergency response.
Sertifikasi: K3 Dasar, PTW/LOTO (nilai tambah).
Soft Skills: Komunikatif, analitis, sigap, dan teliti.
Kesiapan Kerja: Bersedia shift & ditempatkan di area operasi onshore."
