Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang maintenance/engineering (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
Memahami konsep preventive & predictive maintenance.
Mampu menyusun work plan, schedule, dan estimasi kebutuhan material.
Terbiasa menggunakan CMMS atau software perencanaan maintenance.
Mampu membaca drawing teknis dan spesifikasi peralatan.
Memiliki kemampuan analitis, koordinasi, dan dokumentasi yang kuat.
Memahami standar K3 industri.
