Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Elektro, atau terkait.
Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang maintenance industri.
Menguasai analisis kerusakan (root cause analysis) dan improvement reliability.
Mampu menyusun maintenance plan, preventive & predictive maintenance.
Memahami sistem mekanik/elektrikal, instrumen, serta standar K3.
Mampu menggunakan CMMS atau sistem manajemen maintenance lainnya.
Kuat dalam problem solving, koordinasi tim, dan pengambilan keputusan teknis.
