Job Description :

1. Hold a bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture, Ahli Teknik Tingkat (ATT) 1 or Ahli Nautikal Tingkat (ANT) 1.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience marine operations in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility, with a track record in a marine position with particular emphasis on safety and performance management.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience of leading/supervising or at managerial level in oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility in marine operations role.
4. Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
5. Have sound marine operational experience in terminals, hydrocarbon carriage or offshore marine operations.
6. Have extensive technical understanding of marine activity, demonstrable experience in marine operations.
7. Have contractor management skills.
8. Have people leadership and stakeholder management experience.
9. Have experience or can demonstrate participation in Job Safety Analysis or Work Permit Risk Assessment, or other equal method of risk assessment activities.
10. Have the organizational and communication skills, technical ability and a strong personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
11. Have planning skill and experience with scheduling tools in marine operations and safety.
12. Have self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team.
