Duties and Responsibilities :

•  Perform preventive and corrective  maintenance on the plant support infrastructure systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems 

•  Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures and participate in safety meetings 

•  Monitor and inspect building systems and equipment, identify problems and report to the supervisor 

•  Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software 

•  Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Gas Facility 

•  Assist in the development of procedures and protocols for the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment 

•  Provide support to other departments as needed 

•  Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.
