• Supervise the operation and maintenance of all equipment at the facility, including pipelines, compressors, Gas metering and other related equipment
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of operators
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines
• Monitor and maintain production levels and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and equipment failures
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
• Assist in the training and development of operators
• Any other works and/or assignment related required by COMPANY
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan fasilitas gas dan Kilang LPG
- • Diploma atau setara; gelar teknis atau sertifikasi di bidang terkait lebih disukai
- • Mampu secara fisik melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan, termasuk mengangkat dan membawa alat berat
- • SIM A yang masih berlaku jika mengendarai Mobil operasional
- • Pengetahuan tentang peraturan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan
