Job Description :

1. At minimum have graduated with bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical / physics / electrical) with minimum 10 years of working experience in process Plant. Process and start up engineer shall have experience working in process oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility.
2. Have experience of leading/supervising or at managerial level for oil & gas production OR petrochemical facility for minimum 3 years.
3. Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
4. Have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels in the field and office as well as outside of the company are required.
5. Have technical knowledge and experience in engineering, with a proven ability to demonstrate practical and applied knowledge of central and regional engineering standards and practices related to the industry.
6. Have proven ability to integrate work of multi-functional teams
7. Have proficiency in using international standards and codes.
8. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis.
9. Have knowledge and experience in project management.
