Job Description :

1. At minimum have graduated with bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in major oil and gas company.
2. Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
3. Have experience of managing large training projects.
4. Have functional knowledge of project, and spreadsheet software.
5. The candidate is people focused have excellent interpersonal skills including communication & facilitation and is comfortable communicating with and coaching people at all levels of the organization.
6. The candidate is high performing individual-a competent individual who is able to set aside personal desires, interests and biases for the sake of a successful project or program.
7. Thae candidate is a dedicated individual - history of doing whatever it takes to create a successful project outcome, comfortable with pressure and uncertainty.
8. Have the experience and knowledge about business in major oil & gas company -knows the way around with EPCI contractor and project company.
