Job Description :

1. design and develop standard operating procedures (SOP) as well as clear and detailed work guidelines to ensure that every step in the production process or service provision is carried out in accordance with established quality standards.
2. responsible for setting the quality standards that a product or service must achieve
3. monitoring product or service performance through data collection and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns that may affect quality, so that corrective action can be taken proactively.
4. conducting tests and inspections of products or services to verify compliance with quality standards. This can include physical testing, functional testing, safety testing, and evaluation against technical specifications.
