Duties and Responsibilities : 

•  Supervise a team of technicians and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties 

•  Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems, including switchgear, motor control centers, electrical distribution systems, and instrumentation 

•  Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems, including cleaning, inspection, and repair 

•  Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and recommend appropriate solutions 

•  Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of electrical equipment and systems 

•  Monitor the performance of all equipment and identify opportunities for improvement 

•  Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established safety and environmental regulations and guidelines 

•  Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in a cost-effective and timely manner 

•  Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced 

•  Participate in the recruitment and training of maintenance personnel 

•  Ensure that all maintenance records are properly maintained and documented.
