Job Description :

1. At minimum have graduated with bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical/physics/electrical) with minimum 10 years of working experience in Oil & Gas Production Facility; OR Petrochemical Facility.
2. Able to act as lead interface point between Operations and other discipline (i.e. project. EPCI, wells, logistic. Including to drive the resources use from other operation team if required.
3. Have experience working in Projects and Operations environment.
4. Maximum age is 53 years old by end of December 2025.
5. Have minimum of 1 year experience as Lead Engineer.
6. Have proficiency in using international standards and codes related with Oil and Gas Production Facility; OR Petrochemical Facility.
7. Have proficiency in using/reading engineering drawings.
8. Have proficiency in conducting risk assessment and hazard analysis.
9. Have knowledge and experience in project management.
10. Have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with internal and external personnel at all levels in a field or office setting.
11. Have proficiency and skill to drive multidiscipline decision to support operation interest to have more simplified and safe operation.
12. Have knowledge in project construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up process including involvement in previous oil and gas projects.
