Job Description :
Responsible for leading the company’s long-term and annual business planning, overseeing subsidiary performance, managing corporate data for stakeholders, and coordinating the development and integration of organizational resources and infrastructure. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational effectiveness, and supports sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term and annual corporate business plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subsidiaries to ensure strategic alignment.
- Prepare and deliver corporate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate the development and integration of company resources, systems, and infrastructure.
- Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Having at least 3 years of experience as Corporate Strategy Manager or at least 5 - 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development.
- Having special knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Business Analytic, KPI Online System, Corporate Strategic Management Office (SMO) Corporate Strategy and Planning, Performance Management, and PDCA
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels.
